Facing diverse market demands, our company continues to collaborate with Nissan Motor Co. to launch
new products and enhance product value. As for the LUXGEN brand, starting in October 2023, we launched a pre-order campaign for the n7 electric vehicle, attracting over 10,000 orders with an entry price of just NTD 999,000. Coupled with the "Power Home" professional home charging service and “LUXLIFE” diverse warranty service, we have created a comprehensive mobility service.

The market is becoming more competitive. We continue to work with Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. to increase product
value. A redesign model of domestic-made NISSAN KICKS was launched in October last year (2022). The new 1.6 Lengine and numerous active and passive safety assistance systems are provided; hence the appearance, power and safety are upgraded evidently. A facelift of LUXGEN URX NEO was launched in November 2022, offering a diverse compartment option, satisfying the needs for multi-passenger vehicle and aging society comprehensively.

Last year (2021), we had a net operating profit of NT$1.043 billion, increased by 2.96%, while the net income after tax was NT$4.716 billion, and the earnings per share after tax was NT$4.82, which was a substantial increase by 72.14%, and the best performance over the past 16 years. This success was a result from our pragmatic transformation strategy, under which our operational structure was continuously adjusted and the value chain resources integrated to make a consolidated efficacy through the exploration into new business territories.
